Agenda is an active investor in venture capital, holding stakes in a few early stage companies. Since 2012 Jamie has helped selective start ups, targeting non cyclical sectors, and drawing upon his own experience with Agenda.

Jamie Barratt is currently chairperson of Spark Media ltd, a TV production company (Chateau DIY Win the Dream, Chateau DIY, Escape to the Chateau); adviser to Radiant Post Production Group ltd (Songs of Praise, Art Wars, Ottoman Empire by Train); and adviser to Sevenoaks GP Ltd (private GP & medical services).

Prior roles include chair of Like a Shot Entertainment (Forbidden History, Abandoned Engineering, Fight Club), sold to Argonon 2017 ; advisor to Currency Stream Ltd (fintech , FX technology), sold.

As the non executive chair, I aim to : help with and facilitate key strategic decisions; encourage a rigorous and constructive approach to leadership and management; undertake prudent financial decisions with a balanced approach to risk. This has been informed through my career in investment banks, property and asset management, where I have undertaken leading management roles and been exposed to a broad range of businesses and corporates.
